New executive coaching venue opened in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Following extensive refurbishment, the PCC partner “Staudacherhof Hotel” now offers outstanding conference rooms and residential packages for PCC executive coaching workshops and programmes. Dr. Charlton – appointed guest faculty DZIF Academy

From 1st January 2016, Dr. Paul Charlton was appointed as guest faculty for the Deutsches Zentrum für Infektionsforschung (DZIF) Academy. Paul will conduct his flagship masterclass “Excellence in International Scientific Communication” (EISC) programme Germany-wide for the scientists of the DZIF and provide additional customised coaching for senior researchers & doctors.

Announcing the Masterclass “Excellence in International Scientific Communication” (EISC) skills development programmes for Q4 2015

In addition to the next EISC programme being conducted in Giessen and region (fully booked), a dedicated programme for the post-doctoral and senior researchers of LMU, TUM, Helmholtz Munich and KIT Alpin is offered from end of October 2015 through to January 2016. Germany-wide onsite coaching service with remote Skype based support – from summer 2015

From summer 2015, I will be conducting regular coaching programmes, workshops and “1-on-1” sessions for clients Germany-wide including the “cluster” of research sites located around Munich, Tübingen, Heidelberg, Göttingen, Hamburg, Bonn, Berlin and Dresden.

Events and individual sessions will be conducted at onsite locations on a regular monthly to quarterly basis, arranged in partnership with the local organisers such as the DZIF, DZHK, TUM, UMG etc.

This onsite service, together with remote Skype based support, ensures coachees receive the optimum coaching package which is flexible to their schedules and highly effective in developing and enhancing essential skills into success habits.

Launch of revised and updated “Excellence in International Scientific Communication” (EISC) Programme from summer 2015

The EISC “masterclass” programme has undergone a range of improvements and refinements including the offering of a 2-day skills “bootcamp” format for post-graduate PhD students. This allows for further customisation of content and format of this “flagship” programme to best suit the specific needs of the participants at their particular stage in their research and career skills development. In addition, a “Productivity and Career Skills” workshop is offered to PhD students, also in the 2-day “bootcamp” format.
